No workout Sat. March 4

There will be no work out on Saturday March 4. Plan to workout out Sat. March 11 and 18, unless I say otherwise.

Please run some over the weekend so that the workout coming Monday will not be a shock. All that is needed is some easy jogging using the same format we did today (Friday the 3rd). If you are very sore walking might be a better choice.

Photo day will be April 1 @ noon right after our workout.

I'll post Monday's workout sometime this weekend.
