Work out for Monday

Recovery day. Some of you might want to do a light jog and then bike or vise versa. I'm going to ask our trainer to do some light massage on calves. If you have sore achilles tendons it probably from the difference in heel height between your racing spikes and your training flats.

Next big meet is Davis on April 8th. This is a great meet with Frosh races and usually sunny Yakima skys. We will be needing drivers.
