All Comers Track & Field Meets June 6,13,20

Athletes: We will need your help to do these meets. Please get your middle school friends/relatives involved. Thanks.

Where: Capital High school
When: Tuesdays June 06, 13, 20
Time: 6:00 to when you are finished
Cost: $2.00 - 19 and younger - $3.00 older - $1.00 if you are from a middle school feeding Capital High School – show student ID

Divisions: Sub Bantam – Bantam – Midget- 11-12 Youth 13-14 – Open

6:00 – Hurdles wk. 1same as week 2, 3&4 TBD

6:30 – 1600 Co –Ed

6:45- 100m. by age group

6:55 – 400m. by age group fill heats

7:15 – 200m. by age group

7:30 – 800 m. by age group one heat

7:50 – Choice of relay

Field Events

6:00-7:00 PV, HJ, SP, Discus, - open pit

6:00 – 6:45 LJ open pit

6:45 – TJ open pit

7:00 – Javelin – rubber tip only

To provide a positive experience for the younger athletes, if it is raining steadily and hard we reserve the right to cancel the meet.

Free entry for any athlete having a parent help officiate.
