Pasco weather etc.
Friday calls for 69 degrees and partly cloudy. Saturday will be 70 degrees with a few showers. We will be leaving at 8:00 on Thursday morning and should arrive in Pasco mid- afternoon. We will check in, visit the track, and then go out to eat. Perhaps there will be time for a movie later.
Jordan, Amanda and Graydon had a nice run today. The relay team did Yaugher and some strides. Everyone seems calm and it is business as usual - as it should be.
We will be staying at the Red Lion Inn (or as I like to call it, the Dead Lion Inn) in Pasco - 1 - 509-547-0701 Thursday and Friday nights. We will be getting two vehicles from Enterprize and were told they might be vans or SUV's. I like the SUV's because I don't pay for the gas and they come equiped with a thermometer. It's fun to watch the temperature drop when we gain altitude and then go up as we lose altitude. When you are driving for five hours that's about as exciting as it gets. The school district has given us some money for food and we are grateful, but it's really not enough, so bring extra bucks.
