Capital Invite
Graydon Manning ran the fastest Capital Invite race in school history while capturing the top time of the day for 3A of 11:59. Max Schade at 4th was the next best Capital performer with Katie Blue finishing fifth. Rounding out the top ten finishers was Bailey Campbell at 7th and Amanda Wright and Kailyn Swarthout at 9th.
The meet was a mixed bag of results for us. Some did very well and some did okay and then:

There is nothing more important than a race while you are in it, and nothing less important when it is over. Analyze your race and move on. Whether you feel you have done well or not so well there will be another race on the horizon - like Thursday at home on the same course.
We will try to get results up as soon as possible - who does an excellent job on results had to rush off to a wedding - he was thrilled.
