General Winter Conditioning

Today was the first meeting for winter conditoning in the fitness portable. On Wednesday I will begin showing the Prefontaine video and we will be viewing it in 30 minute segments, for the next couple of weeks, while you bike. After 30 minutes of biking you will need to run from two to five miles. The biking should equal 2.5 miles and whatever miles you add will be your total miles for the day. This will also be an opportunity to use the Total Gym.

These workouts are open to all athletes no matter what sport.
