Snow in the middle of April - who'd a thunk it? For only the second time in my career as a runner and coach a meet was cancelled. The last time was 40 years ago. Yeah, I'm that old. I began running when I was two though.

Distance runners get in at least a 40 -50 minute run today or tomorrow!
